Event Management

From outdoor events, festivals, graduation days, to indoor seminars, this course will cover all expectations the HSE puts on those wishing to host any event.

A very exciting and interesting course which will provide knowledge and competence around risk assessing and planning of events. On conclusion of the course candidates will have improved appreciation of health and safety management and will be able to confidently manage health and safety issues in a more integrated and proactive way.

STRUCTURE

The importance of incorporating safety into a fun activity will resonate after this training.  Events should be safe, and we hear of many trusted adventure playgrounds, festivals etc where safety has not been planned in.

This course is provided by an experienced former presenter, turned chartered member of IOSH, who had 14 years of working in the media, from live events, festivals and shows, to indoor arenas and seminars.

Whilst you can take most of our open courses at our training centres, we are able to offer on-site training with a national coverage, and since the Pandemic, offer online learning on some of our courses, where possible.

This means that once you’ve booked the course, we will arrange a date and time to visit your workplace or venue of choice to conduct the training course.
